Terms & Conditions

The Room ADL Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel via MINDBODY or by contacting the studio, at least 24-hours prior, you will be charged the full amount for that class / appointment. This also applies if you waitlist and are added to a class / appointment or simply do not attend. This policy does not apply to pre-paid series (i.e. Bump or Mums & Bubs 6 Week Series), in which classes will be forfeited on non-attendance or cancellation regardless of notification.

By booking into a class you automatically agree to all Policies and Terms & Conditions listed on our website.
