We recommend new clients attend an initial consult to gain basic knowledge on concepts such as breathing, core and pelvic floor activation.
If you are pre or postnatal, injured or have chronic pain we require you to attend an initial consult. An initial consult is also required for claiming private health fund rebates. Mat Pilates is not claimable on private health rebates.
Yes please! The Room ADL Pilates uses MINDBODY to provide our clients with a seamless booking experience. MINDBODY allows you to view our timetable and schedule classes with ease.

Our services are provided by experienced Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructors, also qualified in Studio & Rehab Pilates, so rest assured you are in good hands!

Comfortable and breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. If possible, please avoid clothing with zippers/metal clasps that may damage the mats or equipment. It is recommended you bring along a small towel and drink bottle.
It is strict studio policy that all clients wear socks during class for hygiene. If you forget your socks, we have a variety of options available for purchase.

Mat Pilates is designed to complement your other exercise and results are seen with regular attendance. We recommend a minimum of one class per week.
If you are attending Clinical Mat / Equipment we will recommend the frequency of attendance at your first visit.
All Bump / Mum & Bubs Series are run on a weekly basis over a 6 week period.
Due to our limited studio space we can only allow those participating in the class to attend the studio.
Yes, depending on the level of cover provided by your private health fund under Physiotherapy. Please contact your private health fund for more information.

We have HICAPS facilities for on the spot private health fund rebates. However, if you purchase a series an itemised receipt will be provided following the final visit, which you can then present to your private health fund for your rebate.
The Room ADL Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel via MINDBODY or by contacting the studio, at least 24-hours prior, you will be charged the full amount for that class / appointment. This also applies if you waitlist and are added to a class / appointment or simply do not attend. This policy does not apply to pre-paid series (i.e. Prenatal Bump or Mums & Bubs Pilates 6 Week Series), in which classes will be forfeited on non-attendance or cancellation regardless of notification.
